Verified: runtime
Every behaviour the documentation promises about the runtime, the languages and the drivers,
with the tests that prove it. The verdicts come from the last green CI run on
main, including the jobs that test against someone else's implementation: the
Sparkplug TCK, pymodbus, snmpsim, DMTF's Redfish mockup and node_exporter. Claims nothing tests
yet are listed too, as gaps.

Skipped tests need a peer or hardware that job lacks: Postgres, a Logix controller, a real BMC. A test that passes in any job counts as passed.
Language conformance
